We visited Gerard and Vicky Newman at their house in the hill overlooking Kona. We went for lunch
at Huggo's (right along the water), walked around the shops for a while, and then relaxed at their
new house. Thye selected one at 650 feet because it was far enough away from the water to be dry, at
the right elevation to require neither air conditioning nor heat, and far away from the top of the
mountain to be out of the rain belt.
